Eligibility for Returns
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Software, digital downloads, or gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
