Since we do not offer a customer account portal, all tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email – After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for the tracking information to update.
  2. Use Your Tracking Number – Your tracking number is a unique code (usually a combination of letters and numbers) that identifies your package. You can enter this number on the carrier’s website or a third-party tracking service to see real-time updates.

If you prefer a unified view of your package’s journey, we recommend using 17Track. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and works with most shipping services used by ValgLight.

How to use 17Track:

  • Visit https://www.17track.net/en
  • Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  • Click the “Track” button to view the latest status, including origin, transit, and delivery updates.
  • You can also download the 17Track mobile app for push notifications on your smartphone.

Other reliable options include PackageRadar and AfterShip, which offer similar functionality.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received Tracking Information

If it has been more than 48 hours since your order was marked as shipped and you haven’t received an email with tracking details, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will resend the tracking information promptly.

Important Notes

  • Tracking numbers may take 1–2 business days to become active after shipping. If the number doesn’t work immediately, please try again later.
  • For international orders, customs clearance may cause additional delays that are not reflected in standard tracking updates. We recommend checking local postal or customs websites for more details.
