Welcome to ValgLight. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, which specializes in Mice, Keyboards, and Controllers, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. User Agreement

All orders placed through ValgLight are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event of a cancellation, we will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In no event shall ValgLight, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid to ValgLight for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. Refund Policy

ValgLight is committed to your satisfaction with our Mice, Keyboards, and Controllers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain items, which will be communicated to you during the return process.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges, after verifying the issue. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, damaged, or is missing parts beyond normal wear and tear.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
