We offer standard (5-8 business days) and express (2-3 business days) shipping. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Express shipping costs $12.99 for all orders. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, all ValgLight products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware malfunctions but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

For wireless mice, keyboards, or controllers, first ensure the device is charged or has fresh batteries. Try re-pairing via Bluetooth or reconnecting the USB receiver. If issues persist, please email [email protected] with a description of the problem and your device model.
